Controversial and undefeated UFC champ Khabib Nurmagomedov is used to getting about a million love and hate messages every day. This particular fan tribute–presumably from “somewhere in Turkey”–stood out enough to get the fighter’s attention:
It’s not every day that a Fight Night evolves into a single iconic image, even rarer that anyone’s moment of victory gets hand painted 11′ high by fans. It’s not not kind of cool. Shoutout to street artist MET, whoever you are.
