On January 20th of 2016, the first UFC 197 Press Conference took place and while the women’s bantamweight title competitors got some attention, the majority of the show was about one man…UFC Featherweight Champion Conor McGregor. McGregor, who showed up late to the press conference by the way, barely let UFC Lightweight Champion Rafael Dos Anjos get a word in edgewise during the entire press conference. It the first UFC 197 Press Conference is any indication at all, then when we get to March, the battles between McGregor and Dos Anjos, plus Holm versus Tate are going to be something to check out.
