Today’s video is an older one I found on my hard drive from when Big Guy BJJ teamed up with Black Flag Tactical to make a few videos.
This is a technique that most wrestlers are likely familiar with. Anyone who has seen Tim Boestch do this also knows what it is:
It’s a beautiful toss with many applications. The great thing about it is you usually don’t have to be entirely accurate with your tripping leg to make it work (as you can see in the video below, it still worked even though it wasn’t pretty).
