What happens when one of jiu-jitsu’s youngest superstars rolls with one of the martial art’s all-time legends?
A video filmed at 10th Planet Bethlehem shows just that, with the school’s teenage phenom Grace Gundrum having a lengthy roll with coral belt Jean Jacques Machado.
Machado, of course, is one of the most famous jiu-jitsu athletes from the 90s and early 2000s, with an ADCC title from 1999 being one of his numerous prolific achievements. Gundrum, meanwhile, has been steadily making a name for herself since before she even hit her teens. She earned her black belt from Eddie Bravo last year and later went on to claim the F2W no-gi flyweight belt against Pati Fontes at F2W 155.
