Rener Gracie released a new edition of the Gracie Breakdown to go over the alleged groin strike that took place during the trilogy fight between Rener Gracie and Ken Shamrock at Bellator 149. In the closing moments of the fight, Shamrock had a delayed reaction to a groin strike and the referee let the action continue. Rener, who is Royce’s nephew, partnered with former UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida to go over how Shamrock should have reacted to the groin strikes in order to get the referee’s attention and get a break.
