UFC Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya is “just” a blue belt in BJJ, but he’s not afraid to roll hard with some of the best athletes in the game.
Last week, Adesanya came to visit Atos HQ to train with his coach, Andre Galvao, and the other Atos athletes. It was clearly a treat for everyone involved — the Atos team was excited to have their star UFC teammate on the mats, and Adesanya clearly felt the same way about being able to roll with some of the top competitors in jiu-jitsu.
Now, Atos has shared footage of some of Adesanya’s rolls while visiting the school. Do you think you’d be able to handle him on the mats?
