In case you missed it, rapper and TV host Ariyan Arslani (a.k.a. Action Bronson) has started training Brazilian jiu-jitsu in California. Bronson seems to have fallen in love with the art and fitness as a whole, losing a significant amount of weight and getting to train with some of the best in the industry.
Among the big names in jiu-jitsu that have been helping Bronson toward his BJJ goals is former ADCC champion Orlando Sanchez. In his latest video, Bronson gives his audience a glimpse into his training routine, complete with a stop at Uncle Paulie’s Deli.
