Actor Wesley Snipes is only one of many Hollywood actors to try their hand at mixed martial arts, including Ashton Kutcher, Freddie Prinze Jr, and Shaquille O’Neal. Wesley Snipes trains Jiu-Jitsu when he’s not behind the camera portraying such notorious film characters as Marvel Comics’ Blade. He initially began training when he was only 12 years old and he continued when he began his acting career. Snipes trained with Rigan Machado at the Beverly Hills Academy and now holds black belts in Shotokan karate and Hapkido. In addition, he has broadened his training to several other disciplines including Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kung Fu at the USA Shaolin Temple.
