This is why police officers need to learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu. BJJ allows its practitioners to control people without striking and without putting them in serious harm.
Police officers do have to use force. There is no way around it. However, they do have a moral and legal obligation to only use necessary force.
Can the force in this video truly be considered necessary?
