Josh Barnett, professional wrestler and great martial artist proved he was no pushover in the Metamoris 6. Ryron Gracie accepted the big fight just three days beforehand and all agreed he looked in fine shape. Both Barnett and Ryron appeared confident when they entered the ring, however, Barnett being the bigger man, soon proved to be the dominant grappler.
Ryron was taken by surprise as Barnett’s passing skills swept him off his feet. Josh Barnett, the martial arts expert had no difficulty passing from side-control to the North-South position to the center of the floor mat. In desperation, Gracie grabbed Barnett’s foot, but Barnett swiftly retaliated. Josh got Ryron in a toehold and forced him into submission.
