Being of small stature, I’m always looking for that edge… something that I can use with consistency, regardless of the size of my opponent. Leverage; leverage is key for me! I was fortunate enough to attend a Michelle Nicolini seminar & was mind blown by her shin on shin/ spider game. From one little person to another it was an eye opener as to what I COULD do, and changed my thinking process completely.
