Undefeated UFC Strawweight Champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk is begging to fill in for UFC Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes and fight Valentina Shevchenko.
UFC President Dana White posted the news on his Instagram and lauded the “amazing, badass, incredible” Joanna:

Nunes was expected to defend her title tonight at UFC 213 against Shevchenko. However, it was just announced the champion fell ill and had to be taken to the hospital, forcing her to withdraw from the fight.
