An Ohio-based promotion has announced a seriously impressive card for their upcoming tournament, and there’s a lot of cash at stake.
King of the Mat will feature a 16-man absolute division for their October 19 event with a grand prize of $10,000. The promotion’s 2018-19 middleweight champion, Dante Leon, will be making his return alongside some other big names in the sport, including Gordon Ryan, Kyle Boehm, Quentin Rosenzweig, Stanley Rosa, and more.
The Euclid, Ohio tournament will feature a no-gi submission-only format.
Tickets to watch the event in person are currently on sale, and a live pay-per-view stream will be available for those who will be watching from a distance.
