Leandro Lo To Drop To 77kg By January And Then Rise To 90kg Before May

Leandro Lo is one of the greatest champions in the history of the Copa Podio so he is not a stranger to success and challenges. Leandro has fought GPs in three different weight categories and now he wants to do the seemingly impossible. First, he intends to drop to just 77 kilograms (he weighs about 85 kilograms now) so he will defend his lightweight title in January 2016. After this, he wants to bulk up to 90 kilograms in time for heavyweight contest in May 2016. This is definitely a tough challenge but Leandro Lo feels he is up to the task.

Already, he has signed up with an expert in Porto Alegre to help him achieve this feat. Natalie Bordignon is an eminent nutritionist at the judo team of Sogipa in Brazil and Leandro hopes this expert will help him cope with this challenge. Hopefully, Leandro Lo will achieve both aims and win more medals in his chosen career.
