The UFC 196 pre-fight press conference for the Conor McGregor vs Nate Diaz matchup almost ended in disaster last Thursday as the two sportsmen almost came to blows after a heated staredown. For starters, there was back and forth between the two fighters that went on for close to an hour. Then when time came for the post-conference staredown, there was a minor scuffle that almost escalated into a flat out brawl. Luckily, UFC president Dana White and security guards were on hand to monitor the situation and quell a heated situation before things got out of hand.
