Jocko Willink On Teaching Dangerous Jiu-Jitsu Techniques To White Belts

There’s a seemingly constant debate on whether or not coaches should teach risky techniques (such as heel hooks) to newer students. Some people think white belts should learn them right away along with armbars and Americanas, others think BJJ shouldn’t learn them until blue or purple belt.
