Mike Bidwell — aka The Spider Ninja — is back with a killer new move that’s as simple as it is cool to watch.
In this video, Bidwell shows a modified ude-garami (shoulder lock). It doesn’t take a lot of flexibility (though Bidwell has that in spades), nor is it anything that a white belt couldn’t be taught to do.
It will, however, surprise your opponent.
