We constantly see how a bit of martial arts training (especially grappling or jiu-jitsu) can help law enforcement officers keep themselves and suspects safe while on the job.

In this video, which appears to be part of a Swedish TV show called Tunnelbanan that covers security personnel in the Stockholm subway system, one law enforcement officer uses his own skills to take down one suspect, then literally sweep another off his feet. It looks like something out of an action movie.
