Mastering Back Mount With Advanced Hook Skills


So you want to land RNCs like one of the Gordon Brothers, but can’t retain the back reliably enough to start playing with arm in/arm out variations during live rolls. It might be time to take a break from strength training and really examine your literal foundation: foot game.
