Savage Heel Hook In A Street Fight Caught On Video

Everyone who does Brazilian jiu-jitsu knows that heel hooks can be brutal. There’s a good reason why most gyms only allows upper belts to do them.

The video below shows just how dangerous heel hooks can be. We’re not sure how the fight started, but it ended with a man getting heel hooked and brutally kicked.

He probably won’t be walking correctly for a long time…if ever.
