In this video, Chad Hardy demonstrates a sweep that utilizes a lot of good technique and leverage to flip your opponent over, but ultimately looks so easy from an outsider’s point of view. It will require some practice, but once you get good at it, you’ll look like that person who’s so good at jiu-jitsu that they make it look easy.
