Some jiu-jitsu athletes get a bit of extra competition-specific preparation ahead of a big tournament or match, but for Roberto “Cyborg” Abreu (who won the main event match at F2W 106 against Luiz Panza over the weekend), competition prep and everyday BJJ training are one and the same.
