Here at the Jiu-Jitsu Times, we post a lot of moves that even an out-of-shape, new white belt could pull off.
This move is not one of them.
The move done in this video — I suppose you could call it a jumping, flying kimura — is definitely not something for the moderately talented, untalented, or out of shape.
Yes, the person in this video is a blue belt, but she certainly does not represent your average blue belt. I would wager that most black belts would have a hard time with this.
