The rear naked choke (RNC) is one of those moves that pretty much guarantees a finish once you sink it in tight enough. Whoever has this move locked onto him not only has to deal with the pain of being choked, but a slow loss of consciousness. Furthermore, the person choking him is on his back, making it harder to fight off the RNC.
Still, getting the choke just right can be difficult. Thankfully, Nick “Chewy” Albin is here to show jiu-jitsu practitioners how to sink it in correctly.
