On March 30, Rafael “Formiga” Barbosa defended his place (for the second time) as the F2W Master Welterweight Gi Champion by defeating Alexandre “Pulga” Pimentel. Now, Formiga will be defending the title again in just a week’s time at F2W 108 against Daniel Tavares, but first, he decided to show us how to do the crucifix choke that won him his sixth F2W match.
